O'Brien High Tech Industries is currently under contract with IHS to provide training video services by producing a comprehensive video series on the benefits of procedures for healthcare treatments and access to medical records. O'Brien High Tech is producing the video shoot, editing, and graphics to enable the video to be viewed on an IHS public web site and an IHS Intranet.
